Jamii Sacco is a savings and credit society: it was registered in 1972. Our offices are at Mariakani South B along Mukenia Road. The Membership is open to all traverses in the whole of Kenya.

1. Loan Products
a. LONG TERM LOANS
i) Traditional loans:
- Jamii Normal Loan – Granted 3 times member deposits and is recoverable in 48 Months.
- Jamii Emergency loan and Jamii School fees loan- Granted 3 times a member deposits and is recoverable in 24 and 12 months respectively.
- Jamii Education loan scheme loan (ELS) - Granted 3 times a member deposits and is recoverable in 24 Months.
ii) Optional Loan: These are loans available to members to meet their development and investment needs. These have evolved over time after the traditional loans and they include the following:

2. GUARANTORS/COLLATERALS.
i) Gurantorship.
Members are allowed to guarantee up to a maximum of 20 long term loan applications. Members with default history will not be allowed to guarantee new loans.
ii) Other Acceptable collaterals.
Deposits: Any form of deposits or non-withdrawable savings is acceptable such as Special Deposit Account (SDA)/Golden Savings.
Land Titles: Land titles for urban areas including Jamii Housing Co-operative Society plot titles.
Car log books: For vehicles not exceeding 10 years subject to valuation.
