Mr. Andrew Ndikimi, the founder and managing partner has over fifteen years (15) experience in the legal field.

Our team has vast specialization and/or expertise in inter alia the following areas of law:
(i) Anti-Counterfeit:
• in conjunction with the various Anti-Counterfeit Agencies across Africa, arrange for covert raids to seize and detain counterfeits and the arrest of the culprits and subsequently oversee the destruction of the counterfeits;
• working with other government agencies such as the Revenue Collection agencies, Standards agencies etc in sensitizing the public on the effects of counterfeits and how to distinguish counterfeits from genuine goods.;
• prosecuting anti-counterfeit matters; and
• conducting trainings and seminars on how to deal with the Anti-Counterfeit menace.
(ii) Antitrust:
• advising on merger control;
• advising on anti-competitive behavior; and
• advising on antitrust legislation.
