About
Jalyn Junior School was established as a Kindergarten in May 2000 in a small rented house in Kasarani. This was as a result of the growing population in Kasarani region. We started with only 1 student at the moment and by the end of the term we had 11 children. Towards the end of the year we had 20 children in number. The quality of the education provided at The Jalyn Junior Kindergarten and the steady rise of the children enrolling at the Kindergarten opened an opportunity to start a primary school. This is how the Jalyn Junior Primary School was started in the year 2003. The first class occupied a small room which served as an office for the Kindergarten then.
