Buildnett Consultants started operations in January 2004 as a professional firm offering quantity surveying consultancy services. The practice converted into a limited company in December 2010.
The company is registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. It is also in the register of consultants in the Ministry of Housing, Land and Urban Development.
Our office is located in Milimani area at the outskirts of Nairobi Central Business District in Kenya.
We pride ourselves in offering personalized service to our clients that goes beyond quantity surveying services. In addition to competency in quantity surveying, the company has staff with expertise in the fields of risk management and facilities management. Our clients often benefit from additional advisory services in these fields which are at most times offered ex-gratia. Indeed we have offered construction design solutions that have improved the return on investments for several of our clients after reviewing the initial briefs.
