RUCICONS prides itself with a qualified and well experienced team of professionals under the leadership of the Managing Director (MD). The MD has a proven record of over five years in the implementation of related projects that have successfully been completed. Our established relationship with our customers is based on quality, speed and competitive pricing and after works support service. Our work force is well experienced in the fields of Building and Civil works. We ensure that appropriate staff is present when needed for a job to be done successfully. We carry human resource audit at intervals to determine whether appropriate staff is present within the organization to perform jobs efficiently and effectively. We have a qualified and safety conscious team of trained professionalism. We depend heavily on their devotion as well as our own particular way of organizing them into each assignment of work so as to enable them their best in service.
